£88 FreePlay Bonus Details
Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons aged 18 and above. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter or a third party with a proof of age and/or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and/or identity shall disqualify you from participation in the Promotion.
Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter and their relatives, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to the Promoter or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the management of the Promoter's games described below, its computer systems or the security systems employed therein, are not eligible to enter the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. The Promoter will not in any event grant such a person the FreePlay or any winnings related to the FreePlay, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision.
This Promotion shall be open only to players who are located in the UK at the time of their participation in the Promotion. The Promoter will not in any event grant the FreePlay (as described below) to any person who participates in the Promotion from outside the UK, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision.
Participation in the Promotion shall entitle entrants to enjoy FreePlay to the value of £88 in four of the Promoter's designated games.
The FreePlay will be valid only if claimed within 48 hours of receiving a FreePlay claim email.
The FreePlay will be granted only to entrants making a successful claim through a certified email address.
The Promoter shall grant such entrants £88 FreePlay divided equally between the four games (£22 FreePlay per game).
The entire FreePlay credited to a player's account must be used within 14 days, unused FreePlay will be removed from the account thereafter.
The FreePlay may not be exchanged for cash and is restricted for play only in the games determined by the Promoter.
Should the FreePlay result in a win on one or more of the promoted games, the following shall apply: FreePlay wins are subject to a maximum winnings amount of £5 per game, with a maximum combined total of £20. FreePlay wins are considered as a bonus and subject to the bonus wagering and all other bonus terms as determined in the 888casino bonus policy terms and conditions.
As soon as all of the FreePlay has been used by the entrant, the winnings from such FreePlay shall be credited to his/her account.
The Promotion shall commence on 17th October, 2012, and shall conclude four weeks thereafter (the "Promotion Period"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time. The Promoter also reserves the right to prolong the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
The Promotion shall be open ONLY to new players who have opened a user account with the Promoter for the first time during the Promotion Period, but without any requirement to make a deposit in such account (the FreePlay will be granted upon registration). For the avoidance of any doubt, existing players who have registered with the Promoter prior to the Promotion Period shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion even if they re-register during the Promotion Period.
In the event that the Promoter believes an entrant is abusing or attempting to abuse the Promotion through fraudulent behaviour, then the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, deny from such entrant the FreePlay and/or the withdrawal of any winnings received through the FreePlay even after FreePlay winnings have been granted.
The Promotion is available to players who use both the download and the no-download versions of the Promoter's software via their desktop or laptop computer in the United Kingdom. Offer not available from mobile devices.
In order to be eligible for the FreePlay all entrants must register and claim for the Promotion with valid and accurate personal details (full name, address, email and telephone number). Should the Promoter deem in its sole discretion that any of the registered information that an entrant provides to the Promoter is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise incomplete, such entrant will not be eligible for the FreePlay promotion.
Each entrant shall only be entitled to make one entrance to the Promotion and may receive the £88 FreePlay only once. Moreover, only one person per household shall be allowed to enter the Promotion. In the event that the Promoter deems in its absolute discretion that an entrant has violated these terms and conditions in any way, including without limitation by multiple registrations for the Promotion in order to gain additional FreePlay, or has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to receive the FreePlay.
All entrants must have a valid user account with the Promoter at all times during the Promotion Period. In the event that an entrant's user account has been closed, blocked or self excluded during the Promotion Period such entrant shall not be eligible to participate further in the FreePlay promotion.
The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the FreePlay and any related winnings and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
The Promoter shall have no obligation to pay FreePlay winnings in the event of an erroneous win due to bugs or defects in the Promoter's game, as such shall be determined solely by the Promoter and at its absolute discretion.
By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the FreePlay, along with the "888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" (the "EULA") and the Promoter's standard "Bonus Policy" which apply to the Promotion. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA or the Bonus Policy, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the FreePlay.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.
